PALMER, Abraham † Nine Partners NY 54 Abstract of Graves of Revolutionary Patriots, Vol.3, p.† óSerial: 11831; Volume: 4

Descendants have given us the data from an old family Bible that the dates of birth and death of this Abraham are as given herein and that his wife was Rachel Reynolds, daughter of Joseph Reynolds, and that Abraham was the son of Joseph Palmer of Dutchess Co. and that there were four children as given. We are, therefore, compelled to distinguish this Abraham from the Abraham who married Abigail Bull and who was the son of William Palmer of Nine Partners.

A deed dated 19May1757 recited that Abraham and wife Rachel deeded land in Nine Partners. This Abraham is probably the one in the 1790 U. S. Census in Washington Twp., Ductchess Co., with his wife and two females. We are also giving him a son Obediah who was in the 1810 census in Amenia.
