Obituary
Barbara Robinson BOXBOROUGH Barbara Robinson, 86, of Hill Road Boxborough, died on May 14th at Life Care Center of Nashoba Valley in Littleton. She was born in Stow, MA on November 20, 1922 daughter of the late Frank and Edith (Wentworth) Prentiss and was the wife of the late George W. Robinson who died in 2000. She grew up in Stow and was a graduate of Stow School System. Barbara was married in 1944 and worked for the Lollypop Factory during WW2. She and her husband George moved to Boxborough where they owned and operated the Robinson Farm for most of their life. Mrs. Robinson worked at the Blanchard School Cafeteria for many years. She was a member of the Council of Aging, United Church of Christ, Ladies Alliance and was a Sunday School Teacher and also a Ladies aide. Barbara was also very active as a Cub Scout Leader and Girl Scout Leader, where she was a Gold Award Girl Scout. She was also active in the Boxborough Historical Society where she was the owner of a 1 room school house, the # 2 School House.

Mrs. Robinson is survived by two sons George W. Robinson of Boxborough, Russell W. Robinson of Boxborough, two daughters Nancy L. Morrison of Littleton and Barbara J. Sawisch of Boxborough, a brother Wentworth Prentiss of Rotonda, FL,

nine Grandchildren and five Great-Grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at the Unites Church of Christ, Boxborough, MA. Burial will be at South Cemetery, Boxborough. There will be no Visiting Hours. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in her memory to, The # 2 School House, C/O Nancy Morrison, 241 Taylor Street, Littleton, MA 01460. The Roy F.
