Here is what we have on the Spaulding-Morgan connection.
William P Morgan married Mary Elizabeth Spaulding in Jul 1873 in Albion,
Michigan. At the time of the marriage Mary had already been married to a
man by the name of Hewitt and had several children by him. Mary was born
6 Oct 1849 in New York (exact location unknown).
Her mother and father were John Spaulding and Mary Ann (Moore) Spaulding.
She died in 1908 in Albion Michigan. She had eight children with
William P Morgan, some born in Michigan and some in Iowa. My Grandfather
was one of the eight children.
