Notes for Catharine P Call
Walker family has a bed coverlet make by Deborah Call with her name and date embroidered. Date is 1835. Deborah is possible a distance cousin of Cathariine P Call.

Back of large (8”x10”) tin type of Catharine there are two attempts at her recording her name. Both have misspelled her 1st name and have incorrect middle name of Mary or May.

Kate's will exists. It reads :
one woolen comforter
one cotton comforter
one pr. pillows
straw bed tick, salt cellar that James has got to the tavern.

I want Herbert to have my salt spoons and salt cellars when he needs them. They are to remain in his fathers family until he does need them. And Louis to have Whittenia? tea pot. And Alice I want to have my white spread and best comforter, best table cloth and wash bowl and pitcher. Signed C. P. Austin

Edmond may have owned a farm in Western Michigan. Where was it? WHO BOUGHT IT from him?

Edmond’s son’s address shows up in small notebook belonging to his sister, Alice E. Austin, shows Lewis living in Berlin, Kent Co. Michigan abt 1868 and picture of Clara which looks like a wedding picture was taken in a studio in Kalamazoo, MI.
